As a therapist, I often witness the challenges that the winter season can bring to individuals' mental health. The shorter days, colder weather, and reduced sunlight can sometimes cast a shadow over our mood and energy levels. However, as we transition into the vibrant seasons of spring and summer, there's a golden opportunity to shake off the winter blues and step into the warmth of brighter days. In this blog, I'll share some empowering strategies and activities to help you embrace the light, boost your motivation, and cultivate a sense of joy and vitality in your life.
